Two weeks before the workshop, the whole team receives an individual link to the E-stimate e-interpersonal profile to fill in
We meet for a workshop at your location or somewhere else
The workshop lasts min. three hours where we work with your profiles
In addition, everyone gets their individual reports handed out

Meet your workshop facilitator

My name is Marie Rohrsted.

I have a background as a project manager and change agent from different companies and industries.

I'm passionate about empowering teams for better communication and collaboration, both through graphic facilitation courses and workshops like this one.

My education includes an MSc in Japanese, Business Administration, Communication and Branding, and I am certified in PRINCE2, Agile project management and the profile tool E-stimate, which is the professional and theoretical basis for this workshop focusing on team development.
