Graphic facilitation online course (live)
- 3 hour course
Learn how to use visuals to facilitate meetings and workshops
In this live online graphic facilitation course, you'll master the basics so you can use visual communication to support your messages in meetings and workshops.
Maybe you're familiar with this:
- Meetings are characterised by one-way communication with boring powerpoint slides
- You find it difficult to create dialogue and engagement in your meetings
- Points are lost on workshop participants or they struggle to understand the next step in the process
By adding simple drawing techniques, you can create professional posters that create motivation, engagement and understanding among your meeting participants.
Learn the basics in just three hours in this online graphic facilitation course.
The online graphic facilitation course takes place liveso you can ask questions and get inspired by the other participants!
You can sit at home or in the office in peace and quiet - and learn to draw and get comfortable with it.
Once you have booked an online graphic facilitation course, you will receive a starter kit with drawing tools.
You will then receive a link to Zoom where you and your colleagues can log in when the course starts.
Classes are taught on a learn-by-doing basis, so be prepared to draw. A lot!
The course is customised to your business and participants' needs.

Who is the online graphic facilitation course for?
Just like with my physical graphic facilitation course is for those who facilitate workshops and meetings as part of their job - and who want to supplement powerpoints with visuals to enhance communication.
Both in online and face-to-face meetings.
The content is tailored to your work situation and takes place live online via Zoom.
Use less power point
Present or teach in a different way and keep the audience engaged
Create a common language
When everyone has the same picture of what is being talked about, there are fewer misunderstandings
Make complex messages understandable
Use simple drawings to convey an otherwise complex message so that everyone can better understand it.
Strengthen your role as a facilitator
Engage your participants in a new way when you hold meetings in your team, project team or department.
Create greater motivation
Using graphic facilitation gives you a better overview and structure, which creates greater engagement and motivation.
Visual messages are better remembered
We perceive messages 60,000x faster than text, and we remember visual messages far better than text alone.
