Graphic facilitation course

Get started with the first lines

In this Graphic Facilitation for Beginners course, you'll master the basics of graphic facilitation in three hours!

Do you recognise this:

Meetings often feel like a review or a "status update" - and you're unsure how much substance your attendees are getting

You would like to have more dialogue in your meetings or workshop but find it difficult to get people involved and engaged

Points are lost on project or meeting participants, or they struggle to see what the next step in the process is

Graphic facilitation teaches you how to use visuals to quickly and easily create professional posters that create engagement and motivation among your meeting participants.

And no: You don't need to be able to draw.

The Talkingstrokes beginner graphic facilitation course is not about being a painter. It's about learning how to communicate messages and processes visually with a few simple strokes so that everyone is involved and engaged.

If you are several people from the same company - I can also offer a customised course for you.

How to sign up

Meet your teacher

My name is Marie Rohrsted.

My mission is to help you create valuable processes using graphic facilitation so that your meetings, workshops and projects reach their goals safely.

I do this by teaching you simple drawing techniques that you can use, whether you hold online meetings and want to spice up PowerPoint presentations with visual elements - or you want to use graphic facilitation when you hold workshops.

What you will learn

After three hours of graphic facilitation training, you'll be able to:

During the course we will go through, among other things:

During the course, you always get a starter pack of Neuland markers:

Target audience

Who is the Graphic Facilitation for Beginners course for?

The course is aimed at all professionals who: Facilitate workshops and organise meetings and want to supplement powerpoints with visuals to enhance communication.

The course is based on learning-by-doing.

The goal is that, in addition to mastering the basics, you will become comfortable drawing and using visual facilitation.

That means you get to draw. A lot!

Use less power point

Present or teach in a different way and keep the audience engaged

Create a common language

When everyone has the same picture of what is being talked about, there are fewer misunderstandings

Make complex messages understandable

Use simple drawings to convey an otherwise complex message so that everyone can better understand it.

Strengthen your role as a facilitator

Engage your participants in a new way when you hold meetings in your team, project team or department.

Create greater motivation

Using graphic facilitation gives you a better overview and structure, which creates greater engagement and motivation.

Visual messages are better remembered

We perceive messages 60,000x faster than text, and we remember visual messages far better than text alone.
