Bring the complex to life and make it easy to understand
My name is Marie Rohrsted and I'm passionate about creating valuable processes to ensure your meetings and workshops reach their goals.
Sometimes a story begins even before the meeting starts. There's a certain energy in the room - a curiosity, an anticipation. When I step in, it's about maintaining that atmosphere and creating a safe space where creativity and engagement can flourish.
I help people and companies make the complex simple - especially when it comes to communication and behavioural change. Using visuals such as drawings and symbols makes messages clear and easier to remember. It creates understanding, common direction and change.
My customers are curious people who want to develop themselves and their way of communicating. Often they want to do something new and different, but lack the tools. I show them that it can be done - and that it doesn't have to be difficult.
I tie behavioural design and visual communication together because complex messages only really work when they become simple to understand - and that's when behavioural understanding and visual nudging can create real change in both understanding and behaviour.
I provide the right drawing equipment and the teaching is based on "Learning by Doing". This gives you confidence and lots of 'aha' moments. I always tailor the content to suit you and I make sure that the participants leave with concrete tools and a belief that they can do it.
I prioritise learning and development - both my own and my participants'. I say yes to what energises me and create space to immerse myself in my craft. When people step out of their comfort zone, I'm there to support and guide them.
Those moments when the room changes, when people smile, let go of control and realise they can do more than they thought - that's when the magic happens. And that's the magic I try to create every time.
